The founder's story
My journey in sourcing began with our family business in France. Before helping others buy from China, I was on the customer's side. I experienced the challenges firsthand: receiving products that did not match the samples, struggling to trust suppliers thousands of miles away, and facing price increases after an order had already been placed.
Those experiences led me to China. I wanted to be there in person, understand how production worked, and build a service around solving the problems I knew as a buyer.
Making sure production matched the sample
A good sample meant little if the finished order did not meet the same standard. My approach was straightforward: I kept one reference sample with me and sent another to the customer. When production was ready, I visited the factory and checked the products one by one against the sample. That gave me a practical basis for standing behind the quality I promised.
Building trust through communication and presence
I understood how uncertain it could feel to send money overseas and wonder whether your supplier would still answer the phone the next day. I stayed available to my customers around the clock, communicated in their languages whenever possible, and, in some cases, arranged contracts in their own countries. My goal was to give every customer a reliable person who would remain involved throughout the order.
Taking responsibility for the price I quoted
Unexpected price increases could change a customer's entire business calculation. I built my reputation on honoring my word. Once I committed to a price, I took responsibility for it. If a supplier changed the agreed price or an unexpected problem created additional costs on my side, I covered those expenses rather than passing them on to the customer.
As my reputation grew, I established a company in China and began serving customers in Germany, Spain, Russia, Armenia, the United States, and other markets.
Eventually, I opened a U.S. branch, giving customers the confidence of working with an American company while benefiting from our presence and service in China.
The business grew from a simple principle: understand the customer's concerns because you have experienced them yourself, then take responsibility for solving them. From checking production to honoring a quoted price, that principle remains at the heart of how I work.
