- 30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipping, duties before delivery. Pay in USD, EUR or your local currency.
- Inspection
- Our own inspectors, at the factory, against your approved sample. Photos, video, live video call, written report.
- Shipping
- Sea (FCL/LCL) or air, DDP to your door. Cargo insurance always included. Freight by our sister company, American Global Freights.
- Customs
- Partner customs broker; we can be importer of record. Anti-dumping duties checked before every quote. Or use your own broker.
- Installation
- Partners across the USA, plus Canada, France, Germany and the UK.
- Outside the US
- Customs cleared by a local customs agent in Canada, France, Germany or the UK.

What does Beato Capital do?
We're a US company that buys from China for businesses. Send us a photo or description of what you need: we find and check the factory, negotiate, follow production, inspect your goods and deliver them duty-paid to your door, installed if you need it.
How fast will I get a quote?
Within 8–36 hours, depending on the product.
What is the minimum order?
1 pallet. Most of our clients order from half a container to several containers.
Do I have to use every service?
No. Every service is available on its own: sourcing, factory checks, inspection, shipping, customs. You can bring your own customs broker, for example.
Which countries do you source from?
Mainly China. From our office in Foshan, our team works across the main manufacturing hubs: Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Xiamen, Yiwu, Ningbo and Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai and Shandong. Other countries are possible on request.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit, 70% before shipping, and customs duties before delivery. Pay in USD, EUR or your local currency.
Is cargo insurance included?
Yes, always.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. We deliver and install in Canada, France, Germany and the United Kingdom through our partners, with the same guarantees as in the US. Customs there are cleared by a local customs agent, and you can pay in USD, EUR or your local currency. We speak English, French, Russian and Chinese.

Yes, through our partners across the whole USA, and in Canada, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Who handles customs?
We clear US customs through our partner customs broker and can act as importer of record. We check anti-dumping duties before every quote. You can also use your own broker.
