No. Every service is available on its own: sourcing, factory checks, inspection, shipping, customs. You can bring your own customs broker, for example.

Mainly China. From our office in Foshan, our team works across the main manufacturing hubs: Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Xiamen, Yiwu, Ningbo and Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai and Shandong. Other countries are possible on request.

Your order will be the same as the sample you approved. We keep an identical reference sample and check production against it at the factory, before shipping. If your goods don't match the approved sample, you choose a remake, a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. No exclusions.

Once we commit to a price, factory price increases, freight price changes, exchange-rate changes and unexpected costs on our side are ours to absorb. Government tariff or duty changes are passed on at cost, and changes you request are priced separately.

Always. Every manufacturer's background and quality are checked before any work starts.

30% deposit, 70% before shipping, and customs duties before delivery. Pay in USD, EUR or your local currency.

Yes. We deliver and install in Canada, France, Germany and the United Kingdom through our partners, with the same guarantees as in the US. Customs there are cleared by a local customs agent, and you can pay in USD, EUR or your local currency. We speak English, French, Russian and Chinese.

Yes, through our partners across the whole USA, and in Canada, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.

We clear US customs through our partner customs broker and can act as importer of record. We check anti-dumping duties before every quote. You can also use your own broker.

We register trademarks and patents in China through a licensed Chinese IP agency, sign NNN agreements with factories on request, and can split production between factories so no single one has the whole product. Parts are assembled in our own warehouse.

No. We source existing products or manufacture to your finished design.
