Privacy policy

When you request a quote or contact us, we receive the details you give us: your name, company, email, phone number, the files you upload and your project details. We use them only to answer your request and to carry out the work you ask us to do.

Where your quote request goes

• The quote form sends your request to our team by email through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), in the United States.
• Photos and files you upload are kept in a private Amazon Web Services storage area in the United States, and deleted automatically after 12 months.
• Before sending, the form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from spam robots. Cloudflare sees technical details of your browser and connection for that check, not the content of your request.
• If you choose WhatsApp or email instead, your message goes through that service.

Analytics

Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner do we load Google Analytics, to see which pages help visitors. Until then nothing is sent to Google. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “Decline”. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
