- Some wooden furniture from China carries anti-dumping duties. We check before we quote.
- Upholstered seating usually has to meet flammability rules; contract specs often add their own.
- Composite wood (MDF, particleboard, plywood) must meet US formaldehyde rules (TSCA Title VI).
- A mock-up room approved before production is the best protection for large orders.
