What is Golden sample?
The approved reference sample that bulk production must match, signed off by the buyer and kept as the standard for inspections and disputes.
Once a sample is approved, it becomes the golden sample: the physical reference for materials, color, finish, dimensions, function and packing. Inspectors compare production units against it, and it settles disputes about what was agreed.
Without a golden sample, a factory can argue that small changes in material or finish were within what was agreed. Photos and specifications help, but they rarely capture texture, color and feel the way a physical sample does.
Beato keeps two reference samples, one held by Beato and one sent to the client, and its own inspectors check production against the approved sample at the factory, piece by piece, before shipping. If your goods don't match the approved sample, you choose a remake, a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.
