What is T/T (Telegraphic transfer)?
An international bank wire, usually sent over the SWIFT network, and the standard way to pay deposits and balances to suppliers in China.
T/T simply means a bank-to-bank wire transfer. In China sourcing it usually comes with split terms: a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment or against a copy of the bill of lading. A 30% deposit and 70% balance is a common pattern.
A wire is hard to recall once sent, so the protection has to come before the balance is paid: a checked factory, an approved sample and an inspection before shipping. Pay only the company named in the contract, never a personal account.
Beato's payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipping, with duties paid before delivery, in USD, EUR or your local currency. Beato can also pay the factory on your behalf.
